My order showed up packed well, so no real complaints there. The box did have a small dent, which of course made me worry for a second, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. The only thing is they used so much tape it was kind of annoying to open. Like, I get wanting it secure, but come on. Overall though, I’m happy everything arrived safely.

I went in hoping to grab some decent fishing gear, but the selection was disappointing. There wasn’t much to choose from when it came to rods, reels, or tackle, and a few things I actually needed weren’t there at all. If you just need something basic, it might be okay, but if you fish often, it gets frustrating fast. I didn’t feel like wasting more time, so I ended up going somewhere else.

I ordered a pair of cleats after looking over the details on the site, and while they seemed like good quality when they arrived, they weren’t quite what I expected. The sizing info felt off, and the color didn’t really match what was shown online. Customer service did respond and told me I could return them, which was fine, but it was still frustrating to deal with the wasted time and shipping. I just wish the product page had been more accurate from the start...

I tried buying a firearm online through them, the whole process felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. The checkout went through fine, but after that I started getting confusing emails about the FFL info and then basically no clear updates for days. I had to call more than once just to figure out what was going on. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I personally don’t have much patience for that kind of hassle, so I won’t be using them again.

I ordered a jacket and a few lures, and overall they seemed okay. The quality wasn’t bad or anything, but one of the jacket pockets had stitching that felt a bit cheap to me. Maybe I just expected slightly better, but it wasn’t a total disappointment.

What annoyed me more is how the policy seems to leave just enough wiggle room that they can say it’s still “within the timeframe,” even when it feels late. Kind of frustrating when you’re waiting around with no real update...
